Items purchased will be processed within 48 – 72 hrs from the purchase date in the United States. Orders made outside the United States may take a little longer, depending on location. We try to ensure that we get your items to you on time.
Yayyy, your Made with Ife Purchase has arrived but there is something you just don’t like, the size, the fit, the color maybe… not to worry Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Our hope is that you are pleased with each and every purchase. However if you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 10 days of your receipt (delivery service tracking) Returns are done easily simply fill out our return form and insert with the returned item. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Returned items should not be visibly worn, visibly worn items will be returned to the customer there are no returns on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and Made with Ife is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process.We do require a tracking number for your return package. Please make sure you get one from your shipping carrier when mailing it out. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Once refunds are processed not to worry, they will be refunded in the original form of payment, whether it may be PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit card.
Refund time for credit/debit card payments may vary depending on your bank, including PayPal/Venmo purchases but in general payments will be made within 7 business days of approval.
If you are not happy with your purchase because of fit and/or design, we can replace your current item with a different size, color or an entirely different design*. We will process the exchange with FREE shipping. Again Returned items should not be visibly worn, visibly worn items will be returned to the customer without refund. there are no returns on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged *Some fees may apply based on the price of the replacement item.
